Duties and Taxes

We are currently not registered in the UAE for tax and therefore do not charge our customers any tax on their purchases. Should this change in future we will be sure to update our customers of this.

Exchange & Returns

You can cancel your order within 24 hours. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 15 days for their fund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or faulty, or we have sent you the wrong product, we will gladly exchange or replace the item. Please notify us via email and return the faulty or damaged item(s) to us within 7 days after receiving your order. Return postage is not included. If instead you wish to receive a refund, please notify us and return the items within 7 days after receiving your order. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.
