Shipping policy

Courier deliveries within the UAE are 20 AED.  Alternatively, you can choose to collect your purchase from Downtown Dubai.

 We deliver across the UAE in 2-3 business days. We will always try to have your order with you as soon as possible. If your order is urgent we advise you to contact us first. We cannot accept responsibility for missed or late deliveries.

Please make sure to use a valid UAE shipping address. We can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If you choose the option to collect, you will receive a notification once your order is ready to be picked up.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Please get in touch should your country not be listed at checkout.

We deliver across the GCC within 5 to 7 business days and to other international destinations within 7-14 business days.

 Please note custom duties and taxes may apply as per your country's customs regulations, to be paid by the consignee receiver at the time of delivery.
